More than just an online store...

I know how scary it is ordering something as special as a christening gown or baptism outfit on the internet, but please do not worry, leave everything to me.

Once you have confirmed which christening outfit and accessories you would like to order, I will advise you of all the details I will need to ensure a perfect fit for the special day. 

Each christening outfit will be made for you in the fabric and colour of your choice, along with any of the baptism accessories you would like to add such as personalised baptism gifts, embroidered christening bibs or shawls, special christening bootees or christening keepsakes such as our picture memento.

Small adaptations can be made if required. Special commissions also considered.

I make all my designs to order and therefore I am limited to the amount of orders I can take at any one time, so if your date is more than five weeks away I am happy to take a small deposit, this will enable me to allocate the time for your order in my diary.

Five weeks before the christening date I will request the up to date measurements. This way you can be sure that your item will fit and I can accomodate your order. I always allow a little growth and wriggle room. 

Excellent customer service is a priority for me and I am always at the end of the phone or email if you have any questions or concerns along the way.

I will also keep you up to date with the progress of your order until it is dispatched by recorded delivery.
