This is a very special little baptism suit with a gown skirt that attaches to the suit to create a beautiful baptism gown. The best of both worlds for those who require the versatility of a romper suit and the tradition of a christening gown!
Shown here in faux silk but also available in Raw silk dupion.
The cute little 'waistcoat' is made in baby blue/navy/white or ivory faux silk dupion and is attached at the shoulder and side seams to prevent it from riding up and spoiling the appearance of the baptism gown. The trousers are pleated and available in long or short length, they button up both legs for easy nappy changing. The suit/gown is available with either long or short sleeves. A cute collar compliments the little bow tie or tie if you prefer. The suit closes at the back with three hand covered buttons.The skirt buttons to the romper suit at the back, sides and under the 'waistcoat' to create the traditional gown.
